NOVASAR specializes in searching for lost persons in need of rescue. It is a multi-county, multi-state, all volunteer organization with members throughout the northern Ohio Valley, including Ohio, and West Virginia. Members are covered by West Virginia Workers Compensation while training and on searches. NOVASAR has been providing continuing community service to the Ohio Valley for 18 years. |
